About The Position
The HVAC Technician II plays a critical role in supporting a multi-building campus environment, ensuring optimal comfort and reliability across academic, residential, and athletic facilities. This position performs maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and other mechanical, electrical, and building systems in accordance with client expectations and operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls.
- Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, and other mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Ability to work in a multi-building campus environment.
