About The Position

Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician needed. ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
