Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Washington Electrical O6A Certification
  • Idaho training card
  • Valid EPA Certification
  • Gas Mech 1
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
  • Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

  • Nate Certification
  • Idaho Journeyman
  • HVAC Trade school certificate
  • Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
  • Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
  • Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Service Titan
  • Procore knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
  • Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
  • Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order
  • Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity
