About The Position
Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician. This role is for individuals who can walk into most residential calls, diagnose, present options, and complete the work without calling a senior tech in most cases. You should be ready to earn more through ethical upsells and memberships, not games or pressure.
Requirements
- 2–4 years verifiable HVAC technician experience
- 30+ residential installs led as the primary installer
- 1,000+ residential service calls conducted
- Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help
- Demonstrated ability to sell ethically, not just “run calls”
Nice To Haves
- Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls
