About The Position

Maintains, repairs and installs refrigeration, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and units. This is a Full-Time Evening Position, with hours from Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. Weekend and Holiday work may be required per department needs.

Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• Vocational/Technical Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Vocational/Technical Degree
• Relevant Experience
• Boiler Experience
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License must be obtained withing 12 months of hire date
• CFC Universal License Certification

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 4 years full-time HVAC experienced is preferred.
• Experience working with Boilers
• Experience in Healthcare facilities is a plus.
