About The Position
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join our team and work throughout Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County. We are looking for highly skilled technicians who can work independently, troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform quality installations, and complete equipment start-ups correctly. Candidates must have a strong understanding of HVAC equipment and be able to diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues in the field. The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC professional who can walk onto a jobsite, identify the problem, determine the proper solution, and complete the work correctly without constant supervision. If you have strong field experience, know how to troubleshoot, can perform installations and start-ups, and have your own professional tools, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience installing and servicing a variety of HVAC systems.
- Experience with: Split systems, Hydronic systems, Heat pumps, Rooftop units (RTUs).
- Ability to perform complete equipment start-ups and verify proper operation.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
- Must have the necessary hand tools, meters, and specialty tools required to perform the job.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
- Professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/driving record.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and systems according to specifications and applicable codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and system replacements.
- Complete equipment start-ups and verify proper operation.
- Test system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system issues.
- Maintain accurate service and installation documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
- Travel throughout Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County.
