About The Position

Performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment systems.

Requirements

• Skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment systems.
• Operates a variety of equipment as needed to perform work.
• Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC Control.
• Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints.
• Load, transport and unload material, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Maintains tools and equipment.
• Observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
