About The Position
This position requires an individual with good mechanical skills to perform maintenance on various HVAC systems. Responsibilities include motor change outs, maintenance on chill water AHUs, cleaning coils, changing filters, installing belts, checking motor sheave/pully alignment, exhaust fan maintenance, and pump maintenance.
Requirements
- Good mechanical skills
- 2 plus years Maintenance-Mechanical Experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience of refrigerant systems
- Experience with BAS controls
- Experience with permit to work
- Experience with LOTO
