HVAC Team Lead - Denver Relocation

This role is for a highly motivated and passionate Residential HVAC install Lead who wants to be part of a company fighting climate change by disrupting the residential HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive residential installation experience to guide less experienced technicians. Responsibilities include removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance the product and streamline the installation process.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License & ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Proven experience as an install team member and team lead
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communications and customer service skills
- Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
- Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard
Nice To Haves
- HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred
- BPI certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Remove existing HVAC equipment
- Install new heat pump systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures
