Requirements

• Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties related to all building HVAC systems.
• Maintain necessary replacement parts inventory for normal repairs.
• Understand all graphics, functions, and applications of the energy management system.
• Daily monitoring of the EMS for proactive control of the system.
• Perform compressor maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform service work on boilers and gas heaters.
• Install ductwork or piping as needed.
• Perform refrigerant inspection, recovery, and replacement.
• Respond to off-shift emergencies as needed.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.
