About The Position
The primary purpose of this job is to assure effective operation of all HVAC related equipment and control systems.
Requirements
- Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform service work on boilers and gas heaters.
- Install ductwork or piping as needed.
- Perform refrigerant inspection, recovery, and replacement.
Nice To Haves
- Understand all graphics, functions, and applications of the energy management system.
- Daily monitoring of the EMS for proactive control of the system.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties related to all building HVAC systems.
- Maintain necessary replacement parts inventory for normal repairs.
- Understand all graphics, functions, and applications of the energy management system.
- Daily monitoring of the EMS for proactive control of the system.
- Perform compressor maintenance and repairs.
- Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform service work on boilers and gas heaters.
- Install ductwork or piping as needed.
- Perform refrigerant inspection, recovery, and replacement.
- Respond to off-shift emergencies as needed.
- Other duties to be assigned as needed.
