About The Position

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is accepting applications for an HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction work. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and excellent interpersonal skills for both employee relations and customer interaction. The role involves personnel management, quality assurance, site inspections, integrity tests, and various associated physical activities.

Requirements

• Able to read blueprints and measure walls
• Strong knowledge of HVAC
• Ability to relate well with employees
• Superior customer interaction
• Some computer skills
• Clean, five-year driving record
• Pass a drug test
