BHCC is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee its Massachusetts Clean Energy Center Heat Pump and HVAC Training Network grant. This grant aims to support community colleges in establishing or upgrading HVAC/Heat Pump training centers and build or scale career pathways in HVAC mechanic and technician occupations, contributing to the State's goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030. The Coordinator will report to the Interim Assistant Director of Workforce Trade and Training Programs and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of this new program, which will launch in early 2027 in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The Project Coordinator will be an active member of BHCC's dynamic Workforce Development Division.
