About The Position
Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is seeking an HVAC Technician to run residential HVAC service calls in Hendersonville and the surrounding Nashville suburbs. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for homeowners. The company ensures a full schedule, allowing technicians to focus on their work rather than lead generation, with a Customer Service Representative team handling booking and follow-up. The technician is expected to show up, perform quality work, and then go home.
Requirements
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license, clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and good customer communication
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/R license or ability to obtain preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers)
- Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners
- Represent the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism
