About The Position
Bassett Services is seeking an experienced Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This role offers a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday) with Tuesdays-Thursdays always off, providing a strong work-life balance without sacrificing income. The position focuses on high-demand weekends when homeowners are most engaged and ready to approve work, leading to higher quality calls, larger average tickets, and uncapped earning potential through a combination of base pay and commission. Requirements
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (per applicable law)
- Pride in your craft and a desire to grow
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
- Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations
- Operate hand and power tools; lift up to 50 lbs
- Work alongside some of the best techs and installers in the industry
- Receive hands-on support and ongoing training
