Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using tablets and field service software
Nice To Haves
- Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Educating customers on system performance and membership options
- Completing 3–5 service calls per day
- Maintaining accurate service documentation using company software
- Upholding Bartlett's commitment to Five-Star customer service
