Brooks Mechanical, you’ll tackle diagnosing and repairing complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems for clients who genuinely depend on you. Requirements

2+ years of HVAC service experience
Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues on commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, air handlers, and exhaust systems.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
