We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician with knowledge of large commercial and industrial chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC systems. Sign-on bonus and relocation available! Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
  • Strong understanding of hydronic systems, pumps, controls, and boilers
  • EPA certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain large tonnage chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption units).
  • Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct chiller tear-downs and overhauls as needed.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to recommend solutions and system upgrades.
  • Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotation.
