Requirements

  • Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC equipment.
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying positions and environments.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers.
  • Competitive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
  • Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments when necessary.
  • Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options.
  • Present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate.
  • Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to provide seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site.
  • Complete invoices, documentation, and service records accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and company meetings.
