Requirements

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Weekend days required
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Must be 21 years old
• Must have held a valid driver's license for three years to operate a company vehicle and obtain company insurance
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with variable speed units, replacing parts such as contractors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification

• Licensing preferred
