About The Position

This is a direct placement full time position with Ace Hardware Home Services. ACE Hardware Home Services combines the strength of a nationally recognized brand with the reputation and culture of trusted local HVAC companies. We’re growing our service team in the King of Prussia / Philadelphia market and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Residential service background
• Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, and system performance issues
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit
• Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment
