Requirements
- 3+ years as an HVAC service technician
- Residential HVAC experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
- Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
- Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
- Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
