Position Summary As an HVAC Service Technician with Bass Air Conditioning, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time, year-round role with stability, growth potential, and the support you need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly and perform physical job duties
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow and learn new HVAC technologies

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades
  • Provide accurate repair recommendations and estimates
  • Educate customers on equipment operation, parts, and service options
  • Deliver professional, clear, and friendly customer communication
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Work in a variety of environments including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
