Requirements
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency principles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform repairs, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA certification, HVAC technician license) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
- Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice to support informed decision-making.
- Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management directives.
- Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
