Requirements

  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency principles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform repairs, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA certification, HVAC technician license) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
  • Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice to support informed decision-making.
  • Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management directives.
  • Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
