Experienced HVAC Service Technician - Up To $5,000 Hiring Bonus!
About The Position
Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and is expanding those services to the Denver Metropolitan area. We take pride in being a first-class customer service company with an A+ rating with the BBB, so our technicians must have a neat and clean-cut appearance, great communication skills and really enjoy working with and getting to know our customers. We are looking to add a HVAC Service Technician to our team!
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial).
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE preferred).
- Your own tools, gauges, and multimeter.
- A clean driving record and valid license.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
- Provide start-ups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
