About The Position
Mechanical & Plumbing Systems (MPS) is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support mission-critical data centers and high-profile commercial clients nationwide. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy travel, advanced troubleshooting, startup and commissioning work, and working in environments where quality, professionalism, and attention to detail matter. Our technicians support critical cooling infrastructure where reliability is everything. Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience with chillers, hydronic systems, VRF, RTUs, boilers, or mission-critical cooling systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Startup, commissioning, and service of commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
- Support mission-critical data center cooling systems
- Complete detailed service documentation and reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service in professional environments
- Travel throughout the United States as needed
