About The Position

Any Hour Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning, serving homes since 1961. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems, troubleshoot various residential systems, and diagnose repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system, and the area is checked for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, and maintaining truck inventory levels. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed is also required. Technicians will be dispatched directly from their home, and a work vehicle is included. The compensation is performance-based commission with an hourly base.

Requirements

• Pre-employment background check

Responsibilities
