Requirements

Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and best practices
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills, you MUST be great with customers
Strong problem-solving skills, even under pressure
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Dedication to learning new technologies and staying current with the HVAC trade
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Perform expert residential HVAC repairs, system diagnostics, tune-ups, and installations
Build strong, positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about findings and recommendations
Maintain high levels of professionalism, honesty, and reliability
Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols
Document work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar software
Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and work areas
Represent the One Hour brand with pride, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
