About The Position

This is a full-time position for an HVAC Service Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, documenting service work, and communicating with customers and leadership. The technician will also support installation and retrofit projects, maintain company vehicle and tools, and adhere to safety policies. Local travel within Indiana is expected, and overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC service preferred (commercial experience preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately
• Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status
• Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
