About The Position

Academy Air is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician Team. This role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction, documenting jobs, diagnosing and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, and running service calls for repairs and replacements.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience
• Provide sale metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (Must Have)

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
