About The Position
Canfield is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus. This role involves diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment, demonstrating efficient and effective problem-solving skills, maintaining strong customer service, and attending periodic training classes.
Requirements
- 2+ Years HVAC service experience
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
