Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
