HVAC Service Technician - 4 Day Work Week
About The Position
Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect a 4 Day Work Week with 3 Days Off, Hourly PLUS Commission Potential, and year-round full-time work. High performers have the opportunity to earn more than $100k per year. The company offers paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll. There is NO Overnight work and Flexible Shift Schedules are available at most locations. Technicians will receive a Fully Stocked, Take Home company vehicle and gas card, a professional uniform with cleaning service, and comprehensive training opportunities provided by an in-house Learning & Development team. Training includes technical, sales, safety, leadership, and systems training. A National Network supports professional growth & development and provides transfer opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
