As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be a critical part of our team, ensuring our customers receive world-class service.
Requirements
- EPA certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably), mobile devices, and diagnostic tools.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- NATE certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service. Educate customers on solutions to improve their comfort and system performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and best practices. Stay informed about high-end and energy-efficient systems to support our premium customer base.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience and system performance. Assist with lead sales to drive value for the customer and the company.
- Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic. Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
- Work closely with the service department and management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.
