We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide expert solutions and options for residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Perform all service, maintenances, and warranty calls as directed by dispatcher and/or HVAC Service Manager.
• Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
• Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
• Utilize the vehicle inventory restocking procedures to ensure accurate truck inventory at all times.
• Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
• Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional HVAC service.
• Attend all weekly training meetings.
• Develop personal and technical skills.
• Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.
