About The Position

In this role as HVAC Service Technician, you’ll provide high-quality service and ensure customers enjoy comfort and reliability. Serving Roanoke, Franklin County, and the Smith Mountain Lake area, your focus will be on residential service while taking on: Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs. Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. Conducting routine preventative maintenance for peak performance. Collaborating with teammates to resolve complex maintenance or repair issues. Documenting activities and ensuring customer communication is clear and professional. Requirements

2+ years of HVAC experience, with some commercial experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Work references from previous supervisors, managers, or co-workers
Clean driving record (no more than one violation in the last three years)
Clean background check and acceptable references
Pre-employment and random drug testing required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to enter and exit vehicles safely
Lift heavy equipment as needed
Work in various weather conditions while following safety protocols
Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
