About The Position

We are urgently looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience with HVAC Service. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both commercial and residential clients. Additional responsibilities include performing routine preventative maintenance and responding to work order requests in a timely fashion. Requirements

Minimum of 3 Years Experience with Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Service
Commercial Refrigeration experience required (ex: maintenance of walk-in fridges & freezers)
Experience with installation and service of boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems and ductwork
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Must be willing and eager to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly growing company
Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift 30+ pounds
Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
Must have clean and valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
Service, repair, and maintenance of commercial Refrigeration Equipment
Troubleshooting/Diagnosing and Repairing HVAC systems
Performing routine preventative maintenance service
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Keeping detailed logs and records of all service work performed
Maintaining service truck
