About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and delivering a 5‑star customer experience every call. This is a field-based role where you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while identifying opportunities to better serve the customer. If you're the type that hates callbacks, takes ownership, and wants to make strong money based on skill, you'll fit here.

Requirements

• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid drivers license with clean record
• Ability to diagnose electrical, airflow, and refrigerant systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years HVAC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes
• Perform complete system inspections and clearly explain findings to customers
• Present repair and replacement options professionally
• Document ALL work clearly (ServiceTitan or similar system)
• Maintain company truck, tools, and inventory
• Order parts and ensure job readiness
• Follow company service process and pricing standards
• Recommend IAQ, memberships, and system improvements when appropriate
• Deliver a clean, respectful, professional experience in every home
