Requirements
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ProPress equipment
- Familiarity with paperless workflow systems (iPad/phone)
- Experience with tankless water heater systems
- Experience with gas systems
- Experience with well pump systems
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC service and repair on residential systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure quality workmanship.
- Work independently and contribute to a team environment.
