About The Position

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for a full-time, year-round position in Millington, TN. As a Residential HVAC Service Technician with Conway Services/ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you will have the opportunity to earn over $110,000 per year. Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
