About The Position

Westberry Heating & Air Conditioning has proudly served homeowners and businesses throughout Savannah, Pooler, and surrounding communities for more than 25 years. We specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repairs, and system replacements, delivering dependable solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment while providing a professional customer experience on every service call.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as required for the job

Nice To Haves

• 4 to 5 or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Light commercial HVAC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Service air conditioning systems, heating equipment, and heat pumps
• Identify issues and explain repair recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Participate in scheduled on-call and after-hours rotations as needed
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other job-site environments
