About The Position

This is a professional business where technicians will be dispatched directly from their home, with a work vehicle included. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonus incentives. The primary duties involve performing maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems, troubleshooting residential systems, diagnosing repair options, conducting safety and performance tests, and checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Requirements

• 3-5yrs of experience
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Valid drivers license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot various residential systems and diagnose repair options
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system(s)
• Check the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
• Collect payments
• Give accurate and detailed information about each home and situation
• Maintain truck inventory levels
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed
