ProSkill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work and are passionate about customer service. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, managing inventory in service vans, ensuring safety and compliance, and documenting all service performed. The ideal candidate is a team player looking to advance their career and earning potential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA certification.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- NATE certification.
- Master Heat Pump Technician certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, and respond to on-demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
- Maintain service van stock according to company SOP, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
