About The Position

Genz Ryan is seeking an HVAC Service Technician with sales experience to join their team. This role focuses on guiding homeowners to the right heating and cooling solutions, diagnosing issues, performing light repairs, and selling equipment. The technician will hand off sold equipment to the installation team and is responsible for quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. Safety is a top priority, and professionalism in appearance and conduct is expected.

Requirements

1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred).
Valid driver's license.
18+ years old.
Proven sales/selling experience in residential HVAC.
Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment.
Hungry to learn and level up.
