About The Position

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Hockers is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated residential HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus.

Requirements

• 2-7 Years of Relative Residential Experience
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Diagnose any problems with residential HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairing and replacing parts on equipment as needed to meet client needs.
• In addition to maintaining equipment, you are required to communicate with both the client and the dispatcher on job details and any additional important information.
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients is also a must.
