Requirements

  • Prior industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
  • Analyzing factors like property size, insulation, climate, and energy efficiency goals.
  • Recommending HVAC systems or upgrades, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork improvements.
  • Providing quotes and explaining financing options.
  • Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
  • Answer customer questions, guiding them through the decision-making process to purchase systems or services, and informing of any pertinent information about their equipment.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction after installation and offering maintenance plans.
  • Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
  • Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
