We currently have immediate openings for Sales HVAC Service Technicians (TGL) Compensation $24-$35/hr DOE + commission tied to sales performance Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday! Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off. 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Company contributions to 401K. 6 Paid holidays in addition to Paid Time Off. Dispatch from home! SWP covers all truck expenses including, gas cards, vehicle maintenance and provides a tablet and phone. On-going technical and sales development training from the best in the business.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience (service, tune-ups, or inspections)
  • 3+ years of strong sales experience
  • Hungry and motivated attitude
  • Demonstrated success identifying opportunities and generating quality leads
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile service apps, and digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose residential HVAC systems
  • Perform inspections, performance checks, and safety evaluations
  • Document findings, recommendations, and work performed accurately in service software
  • Follow all safety, code, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Support start-ups, warranty work, and follow-up visits as needed
  • Conduct thorough system evaluations to identify aging equipment, inefficiencies, and risk areas
  • Clearly explain findings to homeowners in simple, professional language
  • Recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and upgrade options
  • Generate qualified replacement/upgrade leads and schedule in-home consultations with comfort advisors
  • Capture photos, notes, and data that help the sales team prepare accurate proposals
  • Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups in company systems
  • Build trust through transparency, professionalism, and education
  • Set clear expectations and communicate next steps
  • Maintain clean workspaces and respect customers’ homes
  • Represent the company brand with integrity and courtesy on every visit
