About The Position
This is a full-time, paid employment opportunity designed specifically for individuals new to the HVAC industry. Prior industry experience is not required and will not be prioritized for this role. Applications will be accepted until June 16, 2026, and reviewing will begin at that time. Selected applicants must be available for interviews and ride-alongs in late June and early July 2026, with the next training class beginning July 27, 2026. This is a registered apprenticeship program with the State of Arizona, offering the chance to complete a four-year program. This program stands out as it is not a traditional trade school or unpaid internship; participants become employees from day one, earning $20 per hour during the paid training. It offers hands-on, real-world HVAC training without tuition or student loans, and a clear growth path with increased earning potential. Upon successful completion of the training program, participants are expected to commit to two years of full-time employment with the company. The training program lasts approximately 3 months and requires perfect attendance, with no pre-approved absences permitted. Failure to meet attendance requirements will result in removal from the program. After training, Maintenance Technicians earn compensation through a combination of hourly pay, flat-rate work, and commission opportunities, with high-performing technicians typically earning strong six-figure annual incomes.
Requirements
- Consistently show up on time and ready to work
- Be coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade
- Demonstrate a committed work history (multiple short-term jobs may disqualify candidates)
- Have at least one year of experience in a role with responsibility
- Be comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops (technical proficiency is required)
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Be seeking a long-term career—not just another job
- Perfect attendance during the 3-month training program
