About The Position
Pelles Heating & Cooling Services in Mars, PA is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Tech to join their growing team. This position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call schedule and potential overtime opportunities available. The company offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$100,000+ per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves traveling to customer locations, diagnosing heating and cooling issues, performing repairs, completing preventative maintenance, and ensuring HVAC systems operate at peak performance. Technicians will service existing equipment, provide solutions for customers, and lead installation projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification is a plus.
- Experience with boilers and oil furnaces is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
