Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Service experience
• Massachusetts Oil License required
• Experience servicing oil-fired heating systems required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Service and maintain oil-fired heating equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call
• Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold quality standards
